As part of the application process, you must:
Once the application, fee, and supporting documents have been reviewed, the Board will determine if you are eligible to test.
If you are eligible to take the NCLEX, you will receive an authorization to test (ATT) and instructions on scheduling the test.
When passing NCLEX results are received by the board, a license will be issued.
About Temporary Permits:
Temporary permits allow you to work as a graduate nurse (G.N. or G.P.N.) before NCLEX results are available. If you are seeking a temporary permit, you must:
Temporary permits are good for 90 days. They are also non-renewable. Applicants must take the examination within the 90 days.
If the applicant fails the NCLEX, the temporary permit must be immediately surrendered to the Board of Nursing.

The form should be submitted along with the application.
Be aware that you will be required to attach a letter from a qualified professional, and a letter from the nursing education program indicating what modifications were granted by the program.
